Does your career need restoring — or reinventing?
Career strategy for women who are excelling — and still feel the void. I've spent 20+ years in finance across two continents — from New York to London, including roles at American Express and J.P. Morgan. Now I help women work out which change they actually need, and build the plan that matches.
Restore
You still love the work — the subject, the craft, the industry. What's broken is the shape around it: the recognition, the room, the version of yourself the role demands.
The plan: reposition, renegotiate, or find the right room — without starting over.
Reinvent
The passion has gone — not just for the role, but for the field that built your reputation. That's not failure. It's information.
The plan: translate what you've built into the bigger leap — deliberately, not desperately.
A pivot isn't always an exit. Sometimes it's a return — to the version of this career that was actually yours.

About
I've built a 20+ year career in finance across two continents — from New York to London, including roles at American Express and J.P. Morgan — with more than one deliberate pivot along the way, including a return to university for my MBA when the honest answer was "reinvent."
I placed too much importance on being at the Ivy League of finance because of the prestige. It took me longer than I'd like to admit that prestige and fulfilment are not the same thing.
That admission is why this work exists. The women I serve are brilliant, senior, and quietly exhausted — and when they feel restored and empowered, they build a better industry for the women coming behind them. That's the point of all of it.
